Return and refund

According to our return policy, we only accept returns of items that are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

However, if you have any problem with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. We are always ready to answer and address our customers' questions and concerns.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once we have received your order. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that packages refused without valid reason and without consent cannot be refunded.

Option to cancel within 24 hours

To give you more flexibility, we have created a way to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any fees, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

How to cancel your order:

  1. Contact us immediately: Email us at info@laviono.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the name on the order to speed up the process.
  2. Cancellation Confirmation: After we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm if your order has already shipped. If your order is still being processed and has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and process your full refund.
  3. Refund processing: After cancellation, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  4. Please note that if the cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched or after the 24-hour period has passed, our standard refund policy will apply.

Shipment

Your order will be processed immediately and delivered as quickly as possible via DHL.

Please note that orders will not be processed on weekends.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs for your original order are non-refundable.

Incorrect address details: If the customer provides an incorrect address, he will be contacted. If there is no response, the order will not be refunded.
